Fibonacci retracement and extension calculator
Calculate Fibonacci levels from your supplied swing prices. Compare two-point extensions with a three-point projection and see the arithmetic behind each level.

- 61.8% retracement level
- 138.2 quote
- 161.8% extension level
- 261.8 quote
- All prices use the same quote currency. The signed move is the end price minus the start price.
- Retracements start at the end price and move back toward the start price.
- Two-point extensions start at the start price and apply the signed swing move.
- You choose the swing. These arithmetic levels do not predict a price reaction.

Formula and worked example
Retracement = ending price − signed swing × ratio. Two-point extension = starting price + signed swing × ratio. Three-point projection uses your pullback price as the anchor.
Hypothetical swing: 100 to 200 gives a 61.8% retracement of 138.2 and a two-point 161.8% extension of 261.8. A supplied pullback of 150 gives a three-point projection of 311.8. Levels are arithmetic references, not predicted reversals.
These estimates use bounded decimal arithmetic. They are scenario calculations, not trading instructions or forecasts.
