Formula and worked example
Estimated sats = virtual size in vB × fee rate in sat/vB. BTC = sats ÷ 100,000,000. An optional USD estimate multiplies the BTC fee by your manual BTC/USD reference.
Hypothetical example: 140 vB at 10 sat/vB costs 1,400 sats, or 0.00001400 BTC. A wallet determines virtual size from the transaction structure. Fee-rate needs change, and this estimate does not promise an inclusion time.
